By commissioning BigFish Media, you save on the high cost of hiring a studio, as you just pay for the time it takes us to voice, edit, process and send your audio. For a ratecard or a quote for your project, please click on "Contact BigFish" or call +44 (0) 1483 750578.
We can voice live down a high quality ISDN line, which enables you to direct the performance to your satisfaction.
BigFish Media can send audio via a 4MB broadband connection, for the extremely fast delivery of MP3/wav/aiff files to your computer.
Audio Production
Ricky has experience of producing promotional trails for Ocean FM, South Coast Radio (now Gold) and BBC Radio 5 (now BBC Radio Five Live).
If you are trying to break into the voiceover market, we can make your voiceover showreels or provide you with an updated showreel.
We can also source voiceovers, other than those listed, for your project. We use Adobe Auditon (formerly Cool Edit Pro).
Scriptwriting
Ricky has a post graduate diploma in broadcast journalism and has many years' experience of writing in a conversational manner meant for broadcast; turning your technical or formal document into language readily recorded by a voiceoer artist is a speciality.
Both Ricky and Phil are experienced at writing and recording continuity announcements for television channels: Phil at BBC1 and BBC2 and Ricky at the now defunct Granada Plus and BBC Radio 5
Media Training
Ricky has experience of working for the BBC Training Unit and has carried out Media Training and interview techniques with an up and coming pop group.
Radio and TV continuity
Both Ricky and Phil are experienced at writing and recording continuity announcements for television channels: Phil at BBC1 and BBC2 and Ricky at the now defunct Granada Plus and BBC Radio 5. Since 1999 Ricky has been a continuity announcer on the World Radio Network.
Radio Presentation
Both Ricky and Phil are highly experienced radio presenters. We can present and produce music and talk radio shows. Previous experience includes LBC, BBC Radio Solent, BBC Radio Bristol, BBC Somerset Sound, BBC Radio Oxford, GWR, Ocean FM, Power FM and South Coast Radio as well as internet and cable radio stations and several RSL's.
Live Award Ceremonies
Ricky's on-stage debut at the 2006 Purple Apple Awards Ceremony with Toyah Wilcox was very well received. This was followed in 2007 by an off-stage role as "voiceover man" alongside Claudia Winkleman.
TV Presentation
Following Phil's hilarious on screen debut during Ready Steady Cook, we are exploring new opportunities...
Newsreading/Journalism
Ricky is a NCTJ qualified journalist with experience of researching, writing, compling and reading news bulletins on Ocean FM, Power FM, South Coast Radio, TalkSPORT and Virgin Radio.

ISDN studio hire
Our studio, in the leafy Surrey countryside, is also available for hire at £50 per hour. It is suitable for use by other voiceover artists, who don't have their own ISDN connection or home studio, or live radio interviews. Again, please contact us for details and availability.
